Customers can return purchased items within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided they are in excellent condition, in original packaging, and with the original invoice.
Customers can exchange purchased items within 28 days from the date of purchase under the same conditions.
This policy does not apply to items sold during promotions or special offers.
